Return Policy
There is no general right of return. Returns are only permitted with mutual agreement and a return number (RMA) issued by Stilus. Goods returned without a valid RMA number cannot be credited.
Returns are made at the partner’s expense and risk. The partner is responsible for proper and insured transport. Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving the return number. Goods returned later may be rejected by Stilus. A return delivery note with a valid RMA number, as well as a copy of the delivery note or invoice, must always be included.
The following items are excluded from return in particular:
- New goods that have been in the partner’s possession for more than 30 days
- Products not purchased from Stilus
- Products without original packaging
- Damaged products
- Products that have been put into operation
- Products no longer in the assortment or whose EOL date has been exceeded by more than 12 months
- Products explicitly ordered and/or manufactured for the customer (items with purchase obligation)
A return is subject to a general deduction (handling fee) of % of the net value, but at least CHF 18.–¹. Further deductions may apply in accordance with the information provided on the RMA form. If the condition of the product does not allow for a credit, it will, after consultation, either be disposed of or returned to the partner at their expense.
Return requests are generally reviewed and processed within 5 working days.
