Description

The DE Plan 800 AlArray is an invisible, passive 4-channel line array with adjustable dispersion for operation with our multi-channel DSP power amplifiers. Four 6" flat diaphragm bass drivers and eight highly efficient high-frequency exciters, combined with the patented diaphragm construction of the DE Plan series, ensure a very broad transmission spectrum with high efficiency and excellent bass reproduction.

When controlled with our system power amplifiers, the vertical dispersion direction can be individually adjusted with the LB AUDIO CONTROL app and aligned to the listening area. The DE Plan 800 AlArray can be installed as a front speaker (L, R, centre) in walls as well as in ceilings. Due to the directional sound radiation, high speech intelligibility can be achieved with the DE Plan 800 AlArray even at larger listening distances.

For large rooms with a high reverberation time, several modules can be combined one above the other to form line array units of greater length. The Plan 800 AlArray can be installed in hollow drywall walls and ceilings directly or with the EG Plan 800 installation housing. For solid walls or concrete ceilings, the EGB Plan 800 installation housing is used. Installation: First, the loudspeaker is flush-mounted and tested. Then the membrane is laminated with the supplied glass fibre fleece, filled and painted over.
