Description

The PA-S 2200 DSC is an audiophile 2-channel amplifier with an integrated DSP matrix, analog inputs, and an optical SPDIF input. The PA-S 2200 DSC DANTE model features a 2-channel DANTE interface instead of the SPDIF input. The amplifiers are configured via our browser-based LB CONTROL app and can be controlled with network commands, for example, through media controllers. The DSP is implemented as a 4×2 mixer matrix, providing ten fully parametric filters for each input and output, high-pass and low-pass filters, delay up to 400 ms, as well as compressors and limiters. The circuit design is optimized for high sound quality and operational reliability with minimal power consumption. The Auto-On/Off function automatically switches the amplifier to a power-saving SLEEP mode when no input signal is present. The PA-S 2200 DSC has an output power of 2 x 200 watts at 2 to 4 ohms or 2 x 120 watts at 8 ohms. The analog inputs are balanced with terminal blocks and RCA connectors. The PA-S 2200 DSC also includes an optical SPDIF input with a Toslink socket, and the PA-S 2200 DSC DANTE has a second network socket for digital audio transmission via Ethernet. A ground-lift switch and DIP switches for adjusting input sensitivity allow for optimal adaptation to different signal sources. The amplifiers are equipped with a contact for On/Off and channel-separated VCA inputs for external volume control. For this, our WP-V and RP-V volume controllers or the DV module for control via Up/Down contacts are provided.
