Description

High-end satellite speaker with compact aluminium cabinet. By using a highly efficient 2.5" neodymium full-range driver, bass reflex tuning and precise electronic frequency response linearisation, the S 2 has an exceptionally wide transmission range for its size and a precise, transparent sound image. Thanks to the integrated high-pass filter, the S 2 can be connected directly to amplifiers without an additional crossover. With its very low lower cut-off frequency of 110 Hz, the S 2 can be perfectly combined with subwoofers without the usual limitations in stereo localisation associated with subwoofer-satellite systems with too high a cut-off frequency.

With the WS2 connection brackets, two or more S 2s can be combined to form line arrays with a narrower vertical coverage angle and greater range. For this purpose, connection angles of 0°, 10° and 20° are available. The SUB 2 model is intended for use as a subwoofer.

The SUB 20 A active subwoofer is suitable for surround systems with AV receivers.
