Description

The SUB 40 is a compact, passive subwoofer for use in multi-channel systems with a system controller. By using two heavy-duty 6.5" long-throw bass drivers in a double-vented bandpass enclosure, the SUB 40 produces high bass levels. Thanks to the slim design with compact dimensions and the defined sound outlet openings, it can be integrated invisibly into furniture and fixtures. Connection is via two Speakon sockets (input and thru) connected in parallel or plug-in screw terminals.

The connections are set back so that plugs and cables do not protrude. The SUB 40 is the matching subwoofer for satellite speakers of the Installation series, for the line array speakers of the ZL series and for in-wall speakers of the DE, DE-X and DE-Plan series.
